How to contact the practice to book an appointment and ask for help
Please call our Practice number 0161 4382821 – we appreciate that this number is exceptionally busy at certain times but our staff are working flat out to answer as quickly as they can.
Once the call is answered follow the prompts and you will reach a member of staff who will be able to help.
How the practice’s triage model works including the option of walking into practice reception areas
At present our reception remains closed to walk ins but we are watching for updated guidance all the time. At present all patients attending the Practice will need to present at the entrance and they will be triaged for symptoms of COVID 19 by the reception team before being admitted into the building.
Non-urgent advice: Please Note
You are still required to wear a face mask whilst in the building, we may refuse entry if you do not comply and we do not supply masks for your use (except in exceptional circumstances). You Must Provide Your Own.
How face to face or walk-in services can be accessed
At present these can be accessed by the GP or Practice Nurse, in both cases it will be subject to COVID screening taking place.
