The practice is currently under extreme demand and we are doing our best to help each patient in a timely manner but there may still be a wait for services. We have noticed a significant increase in the verbal abuse of our staff.
We would ask patients to be courteous and polite with staff when contact is made. This message is to advise you that we will not tolerate any abusive behaviour and patients will be removed from the practice list for any abusive behaviour.
